Go Pack Go!  I contemplated wearing my shamrock headband for the game.  Didn't want to throw off the luckiness of the sparkly headband I'd been wearing the latter half of the season, so I opted not to.

Hello lover.  I purchased a Nook to read with while logging some treadmill miles.  The more frequently I can read on a daily basis the happier I am.  Her name is Madeline after one of my favorite children's book characters.

This statue is located outside of my local library.  I love it.  There's a boy reading, holding an ice cream cone, with a puppy by his side.  This is basically Jeri in small child (wrong gender) form.  After a huge snow fall, I found that someone had given the kid a hat to keep warm.  Love it.

Taken from my GRE prep book while studying.  To clarify, I'm hoping to get my Masters in Library Science to become a librarian, so I wasn't the happiest with this passage.  I sooooo hoped I had this to refute for my actual test.

Domo.

Part of the Houston skyline, taken on our run.
I'm not sure why I like all of the extra sky in the picture, but I do.

100% obsessed with this water fountain.

Final sunset before leaving Houston.

This was actually taken by accident, and I love how it turned out.  Using the polaroid ap on my new droid.  Cookie baking at its finest.

I broke my second Nikon Coolpix camera and performed an operation on it to resurrect Frankencamera. I just love how the inside looks.

Project 52

As I noted previously, Project 365 made me hate life a little bit.  I decided to restart a photo project but on a much easier scale:  Project 52.  I think this project, to take 1 picture every week for a year, will still inspire me to carry my camera everywhere and to take fun/interesting/inspiring photos, but won't force me to post the crap that will inevitably happen.

Since this is my project, I may post more than one pic during my weekly post.  Actually, my goal for the year is to have one week where I have 7 photos that I adore.  Fingers crossed!

I'm still going to keep my Project 365 photos online to peruse for your pleasure.  Enjoy my photographic journey.
